Where do you source your duck feathers and down?

All of our feather and down are Australian-grown and are ethically sourced by-products from Luv-A-Duck, a duck farm located in regional Victoria.

All feather and down are carefully processed locally at our Puradown facility in Reservoir, Melbourne.

How long does the rejuvenation service take?

Please allow for a maximum of 7 business days for us to rejuvenate and clean your quilt or pillow.

How often should I rejuvenate my quilt and pillow?

We recommend using our rejuvenation service once a year for maximum effectiveness, hygiene and longevity.

Do you offer custom orders?

Our products are handmade by skilled craftspeople, allowing us the pleasure of creating quilts, pillows, mattress toppers, and cushion inserts tailored to your needs.

Do you offer a click and collect service?

We offer a collection service directly from the Puradown facility located in Reservoir, Victoria. Please contact us directly to arrange pickup before placing your order.

What payment options are available on your website?

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments via our website. If you require an alternate method, please contact us directly.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Certainly! You can make changes to or cancel your order before the product leaves our warehouse. Please note that custom-made items cannot be cancelled once ordered.

What are the differences between Hungarian Goose Down and Duck Down?

The main difference lies in the size of the clusters and the insulation they provide. Hungarian Goose Down, sourced from geese in Hungary, has larger clusters that offer superior insulation. Duck Down, sourced from ducks, is generally more affordable and has smaller clusters, providing slightly less insulation than goose down.
